trap\u878d\u5408\u86cb\u767d\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u9776\u5411\u4e24\u4e2a\u901a\u5e38\u88ab\u764c\u7ec6\u80de\u7528\u4e8e\u9003\u9038\u514d\u75ab\u6291\u5236\u7684\u901a\u8def\uff0c\u5373\u8f6c\u5316\u751f\u957f\u56e0\u5b50\uff0d\u03b2(TGF-\u03b2)\u53ca\u7a0b\u5e8f\u6027\u7ec6\u80de\u6b7b\u4ea1\u914d\u4f53\uff0d1(PD-L1)\u3002TST005\u7531\u9ad8\u4eb2\u548c\u529bPD-L1\u6297\u4f53\uff0c\u548c\u878d\u5408\u5728\u5176C\u7aef\u7684\u7ecf\u5de5\u7a0b\u6539\u9020\u7684TGF-\u03b2\u53d7\u4f53II\u578b\u86cb\u767d\u7ec4\u6210\u3002TST005\u4e0d\u7ed3\u5408Fc\u53d7\u4f53\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u7531Fc\u53d7\u4f53\u4ecb\u5bfc\u7684\u5bf9\u8868\u8fbePD-L1\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u6548\u5e94T\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u6740\u4f24\u98ce\u9669\u66f4\u4f4e\u3002TST005\u7684PD-L1\u9ad8\u4eb2\u548c\u529b\u7ed3\u5408\u6d3b\u6027\u53ca\u589e\u5f3a\u7684TGF-\u03b2 trap\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u53ef\u5c06TGF-\u03b2
