\u91c7\u7528\u521b\u65b0\u5242\u91cf\u548c\u7528\u836f\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u5ea6\u4f10\u5229\u5c24\u5355\u6297\u548c CTLA4 \u6297\u4f53 Tremelimumab \u7684\u8054\u5408\u6cbb\u7597\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a STRIDE <\/strong>\u65b9\u6848\uff08<\/strong>Single Tremelimumab Regular Interval Durvalumab<\/strong>\uff09<\/strong>\u3002\u8be5\u8bd5\u9a8c\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u5c06\u4e8e 1 \u6708 21 \u65e5\u5728 2022 \u5e74\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e34\u5e8a\u80bf\u7624\u5b66\u4f1a\u5e74\u4f1a\uff08ASCO\uff09\u6d88\u5316\u9053\u80bf\u7624\u7814\u8ba8\u4f1a\u4e0a\u516c\u5e03\u3002<\/p>\n

\u963f\u65af\u5229\u5eb7\u80bf\u7624\u7814\u53d1\u6267\u884c\u526f\u603b\u88c1<\/strong> Susan Galbraith<\/span><\/strong> \u8868\u793a\uff1a“HIMALAYA \u8bd5\u9a8c\u5370\u8bc1\u4e86\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9Tremelimumab \u7814\u7a76\u7684\u79d1\u5b66\u6027\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u53d1\u6398 CTLA-4 \u6291\u5236\u5242\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u6f5c\u529b\uff0c\u5e76\u91c7\u7528\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u5242\u91cf\u65b9\u6848\u6765\u6fc0\u53d1\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u4ee5\u671f\u5e2e\u52a9\u60a3\u8005\u5728\u6cbb\u7597\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u6700\u5c0f\u7684\u524d\u63d0\u4e0b\u83b7\u5f97\u66f4\u957f\u7684\u751f\u5b58\u65f6\u95f4<\/strong>\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u671f\u5f85\u7740\u5c3d\u5feb\u4e3a\u4e0d\u53ef\u5207\u9664\u7684\u809d\u7ec6\u80de\u764c\u60a3\u8005\u5e26\u6765\u6f5c\u5728\u7684\u521b\u65b0\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u6765\u6ee1\u8db3\u8fd9\u4e00\u9886\u57df\u9ad8\u5ea6\u672a\u6ee1\u8db3\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002”<\/p>\n

\u4e0e\u7d22\u62c9\u975e\u5c3c\u5355\u836f\u6cbb\u7597\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u63a5\u53d7<\/strong> <\/strong>STRIDE <\/strong>\u65b9\u6848\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u6b7b\u4ea1\u98ce\u9669\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86<\/strong> <\/strong>22%<\/strong> \uff08\u57fa\u4e8e\u98ce\u9669\u6bd4[HR]0.78\uff0c96.02% \u7f6e\u4fe1\u533a\u95f4 [CI]0.65-0.93\uff1bP=0.0035\uff09\uff0c\u4e2d\u4f4d<\/strong> <\/strong>OS <\/strong>\u8fbe<\/strong> <\/strong>16.4 <\/strong>\u4e2a\u6708\uff0c\u5927\u7ea6<\/strong> <\/strong>31% <\/strong>\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u5728\u4e09\u5e74\u65f6\u4ecd\u7136\u5b58\u6d3b<\/strong>\uff0c\u800c\u7d22\u62c9\u975e\u5c3c\u5355\u836f\u6cbb\u7597\u7ec4\u7684\u4e2d\u4f4d OS \u4e3a 13.8 \u4e2a\u6708\uff0c\u5728\u4e09\u5e74\u65f6\u4ecd\u7136\u5b58\u6d3b\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u5360\u6bd4\u4e3a 20%\u3002<\/p>\n
