id=\"DivAssetPlaceHolder1\">\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>\u9ed1\u8272\u7d20\u7624\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u53ef\u80fd\u81f4\u547d\u7684\u6076\u6027\u80bf\u7624\uff0c\u5176\u53d1\u75c5\u7387\u5728\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u6301\u7eed\u4e0a\u5347\u3002\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u60a3\u9ed1\u8272\u7d20\u7624\u7684\u7ec8\u751f\u98ce\u9669\u4e3a1\/63<sup>1<\/sup>\u3002\u6570\u636e\u663e\u793a2019\u5e74\u7f8e\u56fd\u65b0\u589e\u9ed1\u8272\u7d20\u7624\u60a3\u8005\u7ea696,480\u540d\uff0c\u56e0\u9ed1\u8272\u7d20\u7624\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u7ea67,230\u540d<sup>2<\/sup>\u3002\u665a\u671f\u9ed1\u8272\u7d20\u7624\u5177\u6709\u5f88\u9ad8\u7684\u4e34\u5e8a\u6311\u6218\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u5bb9\u6613\u8f6c\u79fb\uff0c\u4e14\u5316\u7597\u65e0\u6cd5\u6539\u5584\u751f\u5b58\u3002\u514d\u75ab\u68c0\u67e5\u70b9\u6291\u5236\u5242\uff08ICI\uff09\u73b0\u88ab\u63a8\u8350\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5927\u591a\u6570\u8f6c\u79fb\u6027\u9ed1\u8272\u7d20\u7624\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u4e00\u7ebf\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6848<sup>3<\/sup>\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba135-60%\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u7ecfICI\u6cbb\u7597\u80fd\u8fbe\u5230\u5b9e\u4f53\u7624\u7597\u6548\u8bc4\u4ef7\u6807\u51c6\uff08RECIST\uff09\uff0c\u4f46\u4ecd\u670940-65%\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u5728\u6cbb\u7597\u521d\u671f\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u6700\u5c0f\u6216\u65e0RECIST\u53cd\u5e94\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u768443%\u57283\u5e74\u540e\u4f1a\u51fa\u73b0\u83b7\u5f97\u6027\u8010\u836f<sup>4<\/sup>\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0cICI\u6cbb\u7597\u65e0\u6548\u6216\u83b7\u5f97\u6027\u8010\u836f\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u8feb\u5207\u9700\u8981\u4e00\u79cd\u65b0\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5FTD\u7684\u6388\u4e88\u662f\u57fa\u4e8eAPG-115\u7684\u4e34\u5e8a\u524d\u7814\u7a76\u7ed3\u679c\u53ca\u6b63\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u4e00\u9879II\u671f\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bd5\u9a8c\uff08APG-115-US-002, NCT03611868\uff09\u7684\u521d\u6b65\u4e34\u5e8a\u6570\u636e\u3002\u6b64\u9879\u521d\u6b65\u4e34\u5e8a\u6570\u636e\u57282021\u5e74ASCO\u5e74\u4f1a\u4e0a\u4ee5\u53e3\u5934\u62a5\u544a\u5f62\u5f0f\u516c\u5e03\uff0c\u6570\u636e\u663e\u793aAPG-115\u5177\u6709\u826f\u597d\u7684\u6297\u80bf\u7624\u6d3b\u6027\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u6027\uff0c\u5728\u8054\u5408\u5e15\u535a\u5229\u73e0\u5355\u6297\u6cbb\u7597PD-1 \/ PD-L1\u6291\u5236\u5242\u8010\u836f\u7684\u9ed1\u8272\u7d20\u7624\u961f\u5217\u4e2d\uff0c\u6709\u4e00\u4f8b\u60a3\u8005\u83b7\u5f97\u5b8c\u5168\u7f13\u89e3\uff08CR\uff09\uff0c\u8be5\u961f\u5217\u7684\u5ba2\u89c2\u7f13\u89e3\u7387\uff08ORR\uff09\u8fbe24.1%\uff0c\u75be\u75c5\u63a7\u5236\u7387\uff08DCR\uff09\u8fbe&nbsp;55.2%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>FTD\u65e8\u5728\u52a0\u901f\u9488\u5bf9\u4e25\u91cd\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u836f\u7269\u5f00\u53d1\u548c\u5feb\u901f\u5ba1\u67e5\uff0c\u4ee5\u89e3\u51b3\u5173\u952e\u9886\u57df\u4e25\u91cd\u672a\u83b7\u6ee1\u8db3\u7684\u4e34\u5e8a\u533b\u7597\u9700\u6c42\u3002APG-115\u6b64\u6b21\u83b7\u5f97FTD\uff0c\u610f\u5473\u7740\u5176\u6709\u673a\u4f1a\u4ee5\u5404\u79cd\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u52a0\u5feb\u5ba1\u8bc4\u8fdb\u7a0b\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5728\u7814\u53d1\u9636\u6bb5\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e0eFDA\u8fdb\u884c\u66f4\u9891\u7e41\u7684\u4f1a\u6664\u4e0e\u6c9f\u901a\uff1b\u5728\u6ee1\u8db3\u76f8\u5173\u6807\u51c6\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u5b9e\u884c\u6eda\u52a8\u5f0f\u5ba1\u8bc4\u673a\u5236\uff0c\u5373\u53ef\u5206\u9636\u6bb5\u9012\u4ea4NDA\u7533\u62a5\u8d44\u6599\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u5f85\u6240\u6709\u8d44\u6599\u5168\u90e8\u5b8c\u6210\u540e\u518d\u63d0\u4ea4\u5ba1\u8bc4\uff1b\u5feb\u901f\u901a\u9053\u8d44\u683c\u7684\u6388\u4e88\u4e5f\u6709\u671b\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u83b7\u5f97\u4f18\u5148\u5ba1\u8bc4\u548c\u52a0\u901f\u6279\u51c6\u8d44\u683c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e9a\u76db\u533b\u836f\u8463\u4e8b\u957f\u3001CEO\u6768\u5927\u4fca\u535a\u58eb\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u201cAPG-115\u662f\u4e9a\u76db\u533b\u836f\u7ec6\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u4ea7\u54c1\u7ba1\u7ebf\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u5728\u7814\u54c1\u79cd\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fdFDA\u63a5\u8fde\u6388\u4e88APG-115\u6cbb\u7597\u9ed1\u8272\u7d20\u7624\u76f8\u5173\u75be\u75c5\u7684ODD\u4e0eFTD\u4e24\u9879\u8ba4\u5b9a\uff0c\u5145\u5206\u8bc1\u660e\u8be5\u836f\u7269\u5728\u8fd9\u4e00\u9886\u57df\u7684\u5de8\u5927\u4e34\u5e8a\u6f5c\u529b\u3002\u6b64\u6b21\u83b7\u5f97FTD\u5c06\u6709\u5229\u4e8e\u52a0\u5f3a\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u4e34\u5e8a\u5f00\u53d1\u4e2d\u4e0e\u7f8e\u56fdFDA\u7684\u6c9f\u901a\u548c\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u52a0\u5feb\u63a8\u8fdbAPG-115\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e43\u81f3\u5168\u7403\u7684\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bd5\u9a8c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e0a\u5e02\u6ce8\u518c\u7684\u8fdb\u5ea6\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u7ee7\u7eed\u52a0\u901f\u63a8\u8fdb\u4e34\u5e8a\u5f00\u53d1\uff0c\u4e3a\u9ed1\u8272\u7d20\u7624\u60a3\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u591a\u6cbb\u7597\u9009\u62e9\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p><b><u>\u53c2\u8003\u6587\u732e<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; NCT03611868\uff09\u7684\u521d\u6b65\u4e34\u5e8a\u6570\u636e\u3002\u6b64\u9879\u521d\u6b65\u4e34\u5e8a\u6570\u636e\u57282021\u5e74ASCO\u5e74\u4f1a\u4e0a\u4ee5\u53e3\u5934\u62a5\u544a\u5f62\u5f0f\u516c\u5e03\uff0c\u6570\u636e\u663e\u793aAPG-115\u5177\u6709\u826f\u597d\u7684\u6297\u80bf\u7624\u6d3b\u6027\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u6027\uff0c\u5728\u8054\u5408\u5e15\u535a\u5229\u73e0\u5355\u6297\u6cbb\u7597PD-1 \/
