\/><span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>\u5927\u5e08\u8bb2\u575b\u73af\u8282\u9996\u5148\u7531John Jarcho\u6559\u6388\u56de\u987e\u5e76\u5c55\u671b\u4e86SHD\u76f8\u5173\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u8fdb\u5c55\u3002\u5728\u5927\u5e08\u8bb2\u5802\u7684\u7b2c\u4e8c\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u79d1\u5b66\u9662\u9662\u58eb\u3001\u590d\u65e6\u5927\u5b66\u9644\u5c5e\u4e2d\u5c71\u533b\u9662\u5fc3\u5185\u79d1\u845b\u5747\u6ce2\u9662\u58eb\u5206\u4eab\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u7ed3\u6784\u6027\u5fc3\u810f\u75c5\u5b66\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u53f2\u3002\u4ece\u5148\u5fc3\u4ecb\u5165\u3001\u74e3\u819c\u4ecb\u5165\u3001\u5de6\u5fc3\u8033\u5c01\u5835\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u4e00\u4e9b\u7a81\u7834\u6027\u7684\u65b0\u6280\u672f\u53d1\u5c55\u56db\u4e2a\u65b9\u5411\uff0c\u845b\u9662\u58eb\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e34\u5e8a\u5b66\u8005\u5728SHD\u4e0a\u7684\u8d21\u732e\u548c\u6210\u5c31\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8fd1\u5e74\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u603b\u7ed3\u548c\u5c55\u671b\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fdSHD\u4ecb\u5165\u8d77\u6b65\u8f83\u665a\uff0c\u4f46\u53d1\u5c55\u8fc5\u901f\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u7279\u8272\u548c\u521b\u65b0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728NEJM\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u83c1\u82f1\u4f1a\u4e0a\uff0c\u56fd\u5185SHD\u9886\u57df\u7684\u4e2d\u9752\u5e74\u4e13\u5bb6\u4e0eJohn Jarcho\u6559\u6388\u3001\u738b\u5efa\u5b89\u6559\u6388\u548c\u9b4f\u76df\u6559\u6388\u6df1\u5165\u63a2\u8ba8\u4e862019\u5e74\u53d1\u8868\u4e8e\u300a\u65b0\u82f1\u683c\u5170\u533b\u5b66\u6742\u5fd7\u300b\u7684T\ufeffranscatheter or Surgical Aortic Valve Replacement in Low Risk Patients with Aortic Stenosis\u548cProcedural Volume and Outcomes for Transcatheter Aortic-Valve
