id=\"spanHghlta99c\">\u793a<\/span>\uff1a<\/b>&quot;\u672c\u6b21CSCO\u8bca\u7597\u6307\u5357\u66f4\u65b0\uff0c\u8212\u6c83\u66ff\u5c3c\u4f5c\u4e3aEGFR exon20ins\u7a81\u53d8\u578bNSCLC\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u63d0\u4f9b\u53c2\u8003\uff0c\u60e0\u53ca\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u3002&quot;<\/p>\n<p>\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u8212\u6c83\u54f2<sup>&reg;<\/sup>\u662f<b>\u5168\u7403\u552f\u4e00\u5168\u7ebf\u83b7<\/b><b>FDA<\/b><b>\u7a81\u7834\u6027\u7597\u6cd5\u8ba4\u5b9a<\/b>\u7684\u3001\u9776\u5411EGFR exon20ins\u7a81\u53d8\u578bNSCLC\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u836f\u7269\u30022023\u5e74\u6b27\u6d32\u80bf\u7624\u5185\u79d1\u5b66\u4f1a\uff08ESMO\uff09\u5927\u4f1a\u62a5\u9053\u4e86\u8212\u6c83\u54f2<sup>&reg;<\/sup>\u5355\u836f\u4e00\u7ebf\u6cbb\u7597EGFR exon20ins\u7a81\u53d8\u578b\u665a\u671fNSCLC\u4e8c\/\u540e\u7ebf\u6cbb\u7597\u6807\u51c6\u6cbb\u7597\u624b\u6bb5\uff0c\u4e5f\u5728\u79ef\u6781\u63a2\u7d22EGFR exon20ins\u7a81\u53d8\u578b\u665a\u671fNSCLC\u4e00\u7ebf\u6cbb\u7597\u3002\u65e9\u671f\u7814\u7a76\u7ed3\u679c\u63d0\u793a\u8212\u6c83\u66ff\u5c3c\u4e00\u7ebf\u6cbb\u7597EGFR exon20ins\u7a81\u53d8\u578bNSCLC\uff0c\u786e\u8ba4\u7684ORR\u9ad8\u8fbe78.6%\uff0c300mg\u7ec4\u4e2d\u4f4d\u65e0\u8fdb\u5c55\u751f\u5b58\u671f\uff08mPFS\uff09\u4e3a12.4\u4e2a\u6708\uff0c\u4e14\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u826f\u597d<sup>[2]<\/sup>\uff0c\u518d\u6b21\u9a8c\u8bc1\u4e86\u8212\u6c83\u66ff\u5c3c\u662f\u9488\u5bf9EGFR exon20ins\u7a81\u53d8\u578bNSCLC\u6f5c\u5728\u66f4\u4f18\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u9009\u62e9\u3002\u975e\u5e38\u671f\u5f85\u5176\u5168\u7403\u591a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u2162\u671f\u7814\u7a76&quot;\u609f\u7a7a28&quot;\uff08WU-KONG28\uff09\u7ed3\u679c\u65e9\u65e5\u516c\u5e03\uff0c\u4e3aEGFR exon20ins\u7a81\u53d8\u578bNSCLC\u4e00\u7ebf\u6cbb\u7597\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u591a\u53c2\u8003\u4f9d\u636e\u3002&quot;<\/p>\n<p><b>\u5168\u65b0\u673a\u5236\u6253\u7834\u50f5\u5c40\uff0c\u7a81\u7834<\/b><b>PTCL<\/b><b>\u6cbb\u7597\u74f6\u9888<br \/><\/b>\u6208\u5229\u6614\u66ff\u5c3c\u662f\u5168\u7403<b>\u9996\u4e2a\u4e14\u552f\u4e00<\/b>\u9488\u5bf9PTCL\u7684\u9ad8\u9009\u62e9\u6027JAK1\u6291\u5236\u5242\uff0c\u5f00\u521b\u4e86\u5168\u7403\u9996\u4e2a\u901a\u8fc7\u9776\u5411JAK\/STAT\u901a\u8def\u6cbb\u7597PTCL\u7684<b>\u5168\u65b0\u4f5c\u7528\u673a\u5236<\/b>\u3002\u6b64\u6b21\u88ab\u7eb3\u5165CSCO\u6307\u5357\u63a8\u8350\u662f\u57fa\u4e8e\u4e00\u9879\u5168\u7403\u591a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6ce8\u518c\u4e34\u5e8a\u7814\u7a76\uff08JACKPOT8 Part B\uff09\uff0c\u6570\u636e\u663e\u793a\u6208\u5229\u6614\u66ff\u5c3c\u5355\u836f\u6cbb\u7597r\/r PTCL\u7684ORR\u4e3a44.3%\uff0c\u5b8c\u5168\u7f13\u89e3\uff08CR\uff09\u7387\u4e3a23.9%\uff0c\u4e2d\u4f4d\u7f13\u89e3\u6301\u7eed\u65f6\u95f4\uff08DoR\uff09\u957f\u8fbe20.7\u4e2a\u6708\uff0c\u5747\u4f18\u4e8e\u73b0\u6709\u7597\u6cd5\u8fd1\u4e24\u500d\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u5165\u90092023\u5e74\u7f8e\u56fd\u8840\u6db2\u5b66\u4f1a\uff08ASH\uff09\u5e74\u4f1a\u53e3\u5934\u62a5\u544a\uff0c\u5e76\u540c\u6b65\u53d1\u8868\u4e8e\u300a\u67f3\u53f6\u5200\u2022\u80bf\u7624\u5b66\u300b\uff08<i>Lancet
